Wonder Woman, Anyone?

What image does wonder woman evoke in your mind? Is it that Marvel’s portrayal of her? Beautiful,strong,self sufficient,confident and always willing to stand up for what is right? Nice image ,right?
While it is okay to want to fit this image,it is difficult and usually not without it’s attendant problems.The average woman is wonder woman ,Are you ? Most women I know take care of everyone,they care for their husbands,their kids,their parents,their relatives,their friends,their workers and even their enemies! So you think you are entitled?

A friend shared with me sometime back how someone had asked her for financial help,she had other pressing needs but she ditched her needs and shelled out almost half some money she had been saving up to buy something she had wanted for a while,did this friend appreciate it? No! She expected her to have given her all the money😒.
A lot of times,some of us are like this,we expect people to do things for us,we want them to go all out for us,we expect them to give us their hard earned money,no questions asked. Now,I dislike that sense of entitlement,whatever someone does for you,no matter how little you think it is,be grateful! Nobody owes you anything. We may not be privy to the details of other people’s lives and their struggles,we may not even realize how much they go through themselves.
Once,a friend reached out to me to help out with anything I could spare,I had 6,500 on me home and away,I sent her 5,000,she did not even acknowledge it,when I called to ask if she got it,she said yes,I did,thank you. She was really
