Living Healthy(2)

So, about the weight loss,https://yettysbits.com/living-healthy-1/ I had decided that I needed to lose weight and doctors also had told me that even though I did not look particularly fat,I had heavy bone mass ,I was overweight and I needed to lose some weight to get out of being pre-hypertensive.
I remember vividly my conversation with one of the doctorsπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I had gone for routine check to keep an eye on my blood pressure and to also make enquiries about family planning. When I got in, the doctor was a young and pleasant looking man, after exchanging pleasantries and going through the usual questions,he then asked me to step on the scale,by then I was already chuckling, when I climbed the scale,he started muttering to himself,so I asked if there was a problem,he said,” this scale is broken,I need to get another one in here” πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚,I asked him why he thought the scale was broken,he said “it is showing over a hundred kilograms” ,I said yes, that is what I weigh,he looked me over and said “how?you do not look fatπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚” it still makes me chuckle till date,he had an incredulous look on his face for the rest of my consultation with himπŸ˜‚.
That doctor was probably the one that got me thinking about losing some weight, but I didn’t get to it till my birthday last year,I guess it hit me that I was gradually pushing mid thirties and I needed to be as healthy as I could be and we were also not considering having any more kids,so I decided there was no better time to start than now(mid last year) Moreover,I was feeling quite sluggish and heavy,so I got started by taking stock and writing out my ‘game plan’.
