Happy New Year good people! Better late than never right?😀
So it is 2019!Yay! The year has just started,it is a new dawn,a new opportunity to do things over. 2018 is gone,forever! Perhaps there were things you failed to achieve ? You had a heartbreak? You lost your job? You failed at business again? You failed an exam? You didn’t achieve all you set out to achieve? Well,God has given you and I a new opportunity to do it over. A brand new year!
It is like turning a fresh page after messing up or doodling all over the initial page . The important thing is this;in all your failures,whether real or perceived,what did you learn? Did you take your lessons? Did you become better?
Over the years,I have learnt to always go back ,pause and ponder,more like a process where I go back in my mind to whatever happened and I play it all back objectively,is there something I could have done differently? Could I have changed by results by doing things differently?I come to a conclusion,I take my lessons and I move on.
It does not matter how much you failed last year,what matters is learning from that failure and growing from it. Your mistakes should make you better. 2019 is a gift,2018 is long gone and done with,do not continue to obsess over 2018. What are you doing in 2019?
I have a lot of things I hope to achieve by God’s grace in 2019,I am willing to put in the work,while praying that God blesses my work.
I had a good year in 2018,I didn’t get all I wanted but I got a large percentage of them. God blessed my family with a beautiful set of twins that have been long awaited just at the tail end and that for me was the icing on my cake. In fact,everything else in 2018 paled in comparison.
Now,2019 is a year we all should pray for speed. No matter what has happened,set out this year believing that it is going to be a good year,scratch that,set out believing it is going to be a great year! Do what you have to do,put in the work,be good to yourself,be kind to others. Don’t just do the hard works,be SMART. Do not be tempted to fall back into the routine of the same things that made you so disgruntled with how 2018 went. Above all,put everything in God’s hands,ask for help. You don’t believe in God? Erm,I really don’t know where you will start from😊 Okay,I know,first,put your hand on your head and tell yourself,I need God first.😂😂😂😂
So this is to a great year 2019,I wish you all that you wish yourself in 2019 and beyond.
I promise to write more often this year,no matter how much I am ‘hustling’.😀
